Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Munster. Fancy place with very helpful and especially helpful staff at the reception desk, greatly enjoyed it. I was here for 1 night and ate at in-house restaurant for breakfast.

Excellent rooms, they were clean modern, well built and well ventilated. The children had a separate room for free. Very comfortable large beds. Excellent breakfast, with great food and service. Most of the staff spoke English. Hotel is a 3 minute drive to the town center and a few minutes from the motorway, we were staying overnight to break a long car journey so we didn't get to explore the grounds of the hotel, but it is next to a park with a lake. Will be looking for other Moevenpick hotels on the future!
Would have been nice with some films in English, everything was dubbed into German.

good breakfast, calm rooms
fitness room is poorly equipped (very few mashines and obviously arranged by s.o. who was not knowledgeable regarding fitness training)

The hotel was exellent for the family. They had perfect rooms and gym. Easy and large carpark.
The breakfast was too expensive.

Basic room would have expected more facilities like iron etc. No free wifi which was surprising.

Proprete, belles chambres, gastronomie
I have to tell you that I was not happy with my stay of the night 12 to 13 of december. I have asked, in doing my reservation on the net, to have a quiet room, because we had 8 hours driving the day of arrival and the same the next day. Unfortunatly the room was noisy, due to poor window isolation and noise coming from outside: customers or staff of hotel speaking loudly at the entrance-carpark, and cars moving all the night. I was closed not to pay the full rate of the room. I said it to the staff in checking out, but she told me: unfortunatly, I cannot do anything, but your opinion is important and we will note it! But no concrete gesture was done (voucher reduction for a next stay, or reduction of price for this stay). I would recommend your hotel, only if you can solve this issue (to give a quiet room when asked, and a commercial gesture for my stay, ...)

The rooms are well-equipped with an adjustable mattress, and the location is stunning down to a yunkjard where they gathered the old things from the refurbishment...
